韩雪冬，副主任，高级合伙人，中方所创办人，中国政法大学和首都经贸大 学法律专业毕业，曾任通州区公证处公证员、司法部直属华联律师事务所律师、 华城律师事务所合伙人。

Han Xuedong, Deputy Director, Senior partner, founder of Zhongfang Law Firm, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and

Capital University of Business and Economics with a major in law. He served  as a notary of Tongzhou District Notary Office, a lawyer of Hualian Law Firm directly under the Ministry of Justice, and a partner of Huacheng Law Firm.

韩雪冬律师自 1999 年从业至今，先后担任北京中加建筑公司、乌兰察布市 集宁区世纪新城房地产开发有限公司、北京顺发嘉豪建材有限公司、北京月信投 资公司、中农徳金投资基金管理有限公司等多家公司的常年法律顾问。曾先后为 日本、台湾、香港等房地产开发商在北京朝阳区、通州区、房山区、门头沟区的 房地产项目提供法律咨询及服务。对北京的房地产开发项目的所有相关程序及法 律环节了如指掌，熟练操作。

曾代理北京通州福光建筑工程公司、北京市民望房地产开发有限责任公司、 北京市华成建筑公司、河北省定兴第三建筑公司、台湾裕隆集团下属北京公司、 厦门建发集团等多家公司、企业的房地产谈判、仲裁、诉讼案件。并在相关房地 产开发运作中与政府部门及中国银行、民生银行、华夏银行等建立起很好的合作 关系，还参与了以中资银信担保有限公司发起设立的“ 中高徳融、中高徳慧武汉 统筹城乡产业基金”的发行、委托管理等相关法律事务。He has represented and undertaken real estate negotiation, arbitration and litigation cases of Beijing
